Ephemeral guinguette on the Capuchin esplanade during the summer.

MANINE is a pop-up restaurant where we celebrate summer around good food, good wine and an enchanting setting. The chef Louise Duval offers a menu of plates to share, inventive and seasonal, inspired by world cuisines. The menu changes every three weeks to surprise the taste buds and take gourmets on a journey.
On the cellar side, Benoît Angelé, a passionate sommelier, carefully selects natural wines from small producers to accompany each dish with finesse.
It also serves spritz, beer and non-alcoholic drinks.
The atmosphere is relaxed and warm, soft music, magical sunset, play area for children nearby: everything comes together to spend a friendly moment with friends or family.
