Julien and Hervé, the two brothers, true epicureans, are keen to delight your taste buds by selecting quality products and favoring short circuits. The star products on their menu are local dishes: radish with salted liver, Albigensian tripe with saffron, pear in wine… tasty, homemade cuisine! They also work on a varied daily menu made with fresh products.
