The May Milton, restaurant-tea room, located next to the Toulouse-Lautrec museum and at the foot of the Cathedral, offers traditional home-made French cuisine using fresh produce.

The restaurant has a terrace for 50 seats in the summer and 8 seats the rest of the year.

Inside, the room on the ground floor overlooking a pool and 2 hanging gardens can accommodate 46 people (with a PRM access ramp).
There are 2 toilets, one of which meets PMR standards on the ground floor.
The setting, classified as an archaeological site, in exposed stone gives a warm appearance to the establishment.

At the bar, 2 stools are in place to take a drink.
Part of the counter is designed for disabled people.

Upstairs, the room with a view of the Palais de la Berbie can be privatized and accommodate around forty people.
