Our Valrassian burgers are prepared with meat from the Aubrac or Black Angus breeds, depending on availability (150g steak 100% muscle), accompanied by vegetables and fresh chips. The bread “la valrassienne” is made by a master baker Les Délices d’Enzo in Valras plage, the vegetables and potatoes come from 20kms around. The tapenade is home made on the spot. To be tasted on the spot, to order or to take away Delivery only in the evening.
