In this old Toulouse house from the 18th century, in the center of the village of Quint-Fonsegrives, Sylvain Joffre and his team welcome you to share a moment of culinary discovery throughout the seasons.
In winter directly in view of the kitchens or in summer on the shaded terrace with a view of the aromatic garden.
Takeaway only for bakeries and cellars.

Sylvain Joffre wanted to give himself maximum freedom through this restaurant, which is why he opted for a formula without a title, with a minimum of choice. This system allows him to express himself completely, with a very instinctive cuisine, in perpetual change, following the seasons and nature as a guide.
