Located opposite the imposing Cathédrale Ste-Cécile, the Brasserie de la Pile welcomes you to its Art Deco-inspired setting. Comfortable benches, tables close together and a friendly atmosphere: everything here invites you to share a warm, gourmet moment.

Our brasserie is inspired by Parisian elegance and celebrates traditional French cuisine, using fresh, local and seasonal produce.
On the à la carte menu, you’ll find the great brasserie classics: leek vinaigrette, marrow bone, onion soup, as well as revisited southern dishes like cantal gnocchi or the generous Lacaune sausage purée.

In the afternoon, our tearoom opens its doors to you for a gourmet break, with a selection of homemade sweets and hot drinks.

Sit out on our sunny terrace or enjoy the view of the cathedral from inside. And to add a touch of originality to your experience, here everyone takes their own napkin ring when they arrive, just like at home.
