The culinary offer of the Black Angus differs from what can be found in the restaurants of the surrounding hotels, the direct competitors of the Holiday Inn.
The menu of the restaurant was built with a talented chef, Mr. Olivier DUPART, who has followed a remarkable career in big house. Tasteful and flavored cuisine, local anchoring, Slow Food movement, seasonal fruits and vegetables, homemade dishes: the menu is built from seasonal products, it focuses on a few dishes thought simply and tastefully.
Lunch: Starter + Dish + Dessert for 18.50€, service in 45 minutes, with a lunch menu that changes every day and tasty recipes.
