Have you already been to the Archaelogical Center of Castres?
It is just like another space-time : come and discover this forgotten world! You will learn more about the past prehistoric and Medieval heritage.
Neolithic Period, Stone Age, Bronze Age, Protohistory… You will able to follow the path here.
The first room is dedicated to Prehistory times and the second one presents sites and objects discovered by the Centre. Explanatory panels will learn you more about life in Castres during the different periods. Well preserved flint touls, ceramics, amphoras…
