Located in the village of Saint-Maximin on the hills above Uzès, Villa Sunset overlooks the Uzès forest and offers magnificent views of the sunset over the Pic Saint Loup in winter and as far as Mont Aigoual in summer.

Classified as a 5-star tourist accommodation, it is located in a residential area in the village on the edge of the garrigue.

This contemporary-style, fully air-conditioned property covering 150 m2 is located on a 900 m2 plot. It has 3 bedrooms with individual bathrooms, a superb 80 m² living room with a double lounge and a private heated swimming pool.
The interior décor is carefully designed and stylish. The American-style kitchen, which is open to the living room, is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, integrated washing machine, wine cellar, Nespresso machine).

The three simple, cosy bedrooms have new bedding with 160 x 200 mattresses. Each has its own bathroom and storage space.

The exterior is fully enclosed with an electric gate and offers various places to rest and socialise with friends.

A terrace, with plancha, adjoins the living rooms with a 180 degre west-facing view, guaranteeing magnificent sunsets all year round.

Downstairs, there is a superb exotic wood area with a private swimming pool measuring 9 x 4 m which is heated from April to October.

On the east side, there is a pétanque court and a relaxation area for an evening aperitif or breakfast in the rising sun.

There are numerous deckchairs and garden furniture on the various terraces.

A home wine cellar service is available in partnership with Trésors des vignes – a wine specialist in Uzès.

Pets are not allowed and the accommodation is non-smoking. Noisy parties are not permitted out of respect for the neighbours.
