Welcome to Le Soler! Here you’ll find the peace and quiet of a large enclosed garden with private swimming pool (9×5 m, 1.70 m deep, open from May to September depending on the weather). The villa also has a petanque court and table tennis table for relaxing and socialising. A summer kitchen with plancha completes the outdoor area. The house is fully air-conditioned and offers : on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with fireplace, a dining room opening onto the garden and summer kitchen, and a TV area. A master suite with a 160×200 bed, dressing room, shower room with whirlpool bath and separate WC. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms: two with double beds (160×200) and balconies, and one with four single beds (90×190). A shower room and separate WC complete the first floor. Private parking is available on the property and firewood is included.
