A nice little house of character ideally located a few kilometres away from Florac, in the calm and with a nice view on the valley and the Causses, in a hamlet where the owners grow flowers and aromatic plants. A central localisation in order to go discover the different massifs that make the National Park. This stone house with a typical architecture was entirely restored with taste, and decorated carefully for a simple and rafined atmosphere. You will enjoy the space, the calm and the view on nature and Evelyne’s nice flower garden. An individual house on two levels including: A living room with: ⦁ an equipped kitchen (with washing machine, fridge)/dining room, laundry room ⦁ a lounge with a sofa, a wood-burner, a TV Upstairs: ⦁ an office ⦁ a very big bedroom with a double bed Outside: Garden furniture overlooking the valley, with a very nice view.
