Created in 2006, the Domaine de Mas Gabriel was born from the project of two Londoners who wanted to change their lives. The basalt terroir immediately appealed to them, as did the winemaker’s house and cellar, which they found “charming”. Peter and Déborah CORE settled on 6 hectares and now produce wines that can be enjoyed in the summer on the terrace of their domain.
