Products: FRESH from April to September, melons, cherries, apricots, figs, raspberries, OLD tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, lettuce, chard, spinach, peas, potatoes, green beans, artichokes, eggplant… Jams: watermelon, white figs with lemon, black fig, melon-orange, raspberry, candied and jellied roses, thyme, rosemary and mint jellies.. NEW : the Ketch’Oc, Occitan Agricultural Ketchup elaborated with the vegetables of our production. Other places of sale: markets in Olonzac on Tuesday morning, St Chinian on Thursday and Sunday morning. Basket delivery in Bize-Minervois, Aigne, Aigues-Vives, la Caunette every Friday between 12:00 and 14:00. Store open on Fridays from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
