** AFGHANE WALKING involves synchronising your breathing with your steps. It has numerous benefits for both the body (improved posture, breathing, endurance, etc.) and the mind (letting go, stress reduction, etc.). Two hours of practice will enable you to discover the fundamentals of this practice. You’ll then be able to use them in your everyday walks and hikes. Afghan walking requires no special equipment apart from comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking in the open air. ** BUNGYPUMP WALKING is a dynamic walk using poles fitted with resistance (4, 6, 8 or 10 kg adaptable to the participant). It’s an activity that works all the muscles in the body without jarring the joints, and also provides a cardio-respiratory workout. It can be enjoyed individually or in small groups of up to 10 people (the loan of poles is included in the price). ** MACADAMTRAINING is a fitness trail that uses the elements of the environment (posts, trees, benches, etc.) to provide muscle-strengthening and cardiovascular training. Variations on each exercise mean it can be adapted to suit all fitness levels. It is practised in groups of a maximum of 10 participants: children accompanied by an adult can take part from the age of 8. In addition to my qualifications as an Afghan walk leader, BungyPup coach and Macadam trainer, obtained respectively from the Ecole France Marche Afghane, the BungyPump Academy and ADAL, I am an Adapted Physical Activity Teacher.
