Organic and local Neapolitan pizzeria in the Colombette district, cooked over an open fire! At Vesubio, you can feel the joy of Italian tradition and the love of good produce. As soon as you open the door of our organic pizzeria at 93 rue de la Colombette in Toulouse, you’ll feel like you’re in a family home. Here, everything is done with passion: home-made pizzas prepared with local ingredients, sincere smiles and the simple pleasure of sharing a good meal.

Every ingredient is selected from local producers in the Occitanie region: artisan mozzarella, fresh vegetables, quality flour, and even the firewood comes from the region.
Our aim? To offer Toulouse generous, family-style Italian cuisine that’s 100% authentic.
All our dishes are made with organic and local produce from friendly farms less than 150km from Toulouse.
