To come to the Princess restaurant is to come and relax and enjoy our traditional French cuisine. Daily menu, short menu of home-cooked products, flavours partly from the Parc Régional des Pyrénées Orientales, noble food products from local producers, respectful of the environment. The restaurant has a shaded terrace and two separate, spacious and bright areas, so we can also cater for groups. Whether you are a hotel guest or just passing through Vernet-Les-Bains, we look forward to welcoming you with warmth and kindness.
