“L’ambassade ariégeoise du goût” locavore restaurant, located in the village square, specializing in mountain delicacies and local Ariège produce.
In the family home at Les Cabannes, the breeder offers a unique culinary experience.

If what you eat at their place tastes so good and feels so good, it’s because each and every dish is home-cooked, direct from their breeding of Gascon black cattle and pigs, as well as from 40 Ariege breeders and producers. It’s this quality that makes every bite so tasty and comforting.

The restaurant has received the Traveller’s Choice award on TripAdvisor and is
recommended by the Petit Futé, Guide du Routard and Gault et Millau.

Specialties include superior grills and prepared dishes such as carpaccio, tartare, trout, salad with Ariège cheeses, as well as the famous Mac’Arel and Lucien. And don’t miss our homemade desserts!
