We have two dining rooms: one well-lit room with a view of the floral garden where you can eat on summer evenings and the other is dimly lit and vaulted. Regional cuisine: morel clafoutis with foie gras, pink trout paupiettes, fish mousse with balsamic vinegar, veal filet mignon with a herb crust, mint-stuffed lamb shoulder and floating islands with citrus fruit.
