The Del Faou restaurant welcomes you all week long in Fau-de-Peyre, near Aumont Aubrac, to discover all the flavors of Lozère cuisine. You’ll discover traditional dishes and taste our various Lozère specialties: homemade charcuterie, parsley-seasoned frogs’ legs, lamb tripe, tripe with bacon, rib of beef… If you’d like to explore the region, our chef will be happy to introduce you to Lozère cuisine.
