This is what the Rodier-Sartre farm restaurant offers. Charcuterie boards featuring beef and pork. Farmhouse cheese boards. Raw dishes: beef fillet carpaccio, beef tataki. Cooked dishes: rib steak, T-bone, flank steak, veal chop, and daily specials… All meats are grilled over a wood fire. Side dishes: potatoes and Aubrac cheese nuggets with beef tallow.
