Just a stone’s throw from Place du Capitole, Ô Sorbet d’Amour invites lovers of frozen treats to enjoy a refreshing and delicious break. Carrying on an artisanal tradition that began in the Arcachon basin in 1935, this iconic spot captivates with the quality of its creations and the incredible variety of its flavours.

Served in handmade cones or tubs, these gourmet ice creams are perfect for a break whilst strolling through Toulouse’s historic centre. At his shop on Rue Montardy, visitors can sample over 80 flavours of sorbets and ice creams, made using carefully selected ingredients. From fruit-rich sorbets and reimagined classic flavours to more original creations – yuzu, lychee, lemon and basil, violet or even salted butter caramel – there’s something for everyone.
