Traditional French restaurant with authenticity and especially fresh and homemade products. Overlooking the Agout river, a fresh setting in the historic center of Castres.

Unpretentious but fresh cuisine, can contain a touch of controlled madness. We work only fresh and seasonal products. Beautiful terrace on the banks of the river Agout in the historic center of Castres.
