All the apprentices in the Cuisine and Restaurant training, accompanied by their trainers, are pleased to welcome you to the Restaurant d’application. The training restaurant, open to the public, is run by apprentices in training. For this reason, anyone wishing to use the services of this restaurant must accept a certain number of conditions. The prices charged do not include the charges to which commercial catering companies are subject and therefore cannot correspond to the rates charged by private restaurants. The menu of the day will be fixed, without choice, in order to meet the educational objectives. It includes: – a starter – a main course – a dessert The proposed catering services correspond to class hours, on specific time slots: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 to 13:00 The restaurant operates on reservation only
