Les Trois Fontaines is a bar and restaurant situated in the heart of the Montagne Noire, in a historic building with a cosy, rustic décor. The generous portions feature a selection of local meats and homemade desserts, to be enjoyed with carefully selected wines. It is the ideal place to enjoy a hearty meal after a walk in the forest, particularly by the fireplace in winter. Live music evenings every fortnight. Closed on 25 December.
