Brasserie du Vieux Siège has been serving the same formula for many years: brasserie-style cuisine in a beautiful 1930s-style dining room. The chef offers classic dishes such as anchoïade, a basket of charcuterie, cod aïoli, grilled duck breast, Charolais steak with maître d’hôtel butter, monkfish aïoli and calf’s head with gribiche sauce.
