Our restaurant serves delicious regional dishes in a newly redecorated chalet-style dining room. We are in La Garde, a kilometre from the A75 in a green setting surrounded by flowers and streams. We change our inventive menu every season and our generously-portioned dishes cater for all tastes. Give into temptation and try the Massiac snail terrine with herbs, green vinaigrette, smoky scallops coated in breadcrumbs, sabayon with ceps, Lozère lamb mille-feuille, tapenade, almond cream and creamed potato.
