This restaurant was once a guesthouse for shepherds moving their sheep. It is located at an altitude of 1343 metres on the edge of the D52 (lake route). It has two dining rooms, a bar and terrace. If you want to sample this unique menu, you must book a table in advance: cured ham, cured sausage, pork liver confit (pâté), aligot (all you can eat), local cheeses and fruit. The restaurant is based on the Aubrac plateau between Col de Bonnecombe and Nasbinals and is along the GR60 Tour de l’Aubrac hiking trail.
