In Saint-Paul de Fenouillet, at the foot of the Gorges de Galamus and the Cathar castles, the Mas Peyre winegrowers welcome you to their family estate every day from 9.30am to 7.30pm. Discover their organic wines in a friendly setting, and enjoy a tasting with commentary by passionate winegrowers. Every lunchtime, you can enjoy a home-cooked menu of the day at their farmhouse inn, prepared with local produce. Come and enjoy an authentic meal accompanied by a glass of wine from the estate to enhance the experience. To whet your appetite or ensure a good digestion, before or after your meal, don’t hesitate to take the winegrower’s walk, a fun and rewarding way to learn about the land and the vineyards. End your visit with a visit to the local shop to prolong the pleasure of local flavours.
