Bistrot open all year round with homemade, fresh and local cuisine prepared by the chef. A delicatessen, a cellar selected by Fanny, a multi-purpose room for your events as well as a shaded terrace at the foot of the trees. Welcome to Cap Mas !
Located in the heart of the magnificent village of La Capelle et Masmolène, our Bistrot is above all the project of an entire community.
We are therefore keen to organize various events throughout the year. You have been able to attend theater shows, dance shows, concerts, activities for children, conferences, cultural exhibitions or a wine fair.
With its exceptional terroir, you will find fresh, homemade cuisine at Cap Mas prepared by chef Joris Nury.
Thanks to our local producers you can taste, for example, a whole trout roasted with herbs or the farm’s famous acaillette with herbs without forgetting the unmissable Aubrac steak and its homemade fries with beef fat. You will also always find a prepared vegetarian dish and a daily lunch special for less than €13.
Thanks to the village’s multipurpose room next to the bistro, we regularly organize private events such as weddings or birthdays, welcoming up to 90 people.
Le Cap Mas has a delicatessen and a cellar selected by Fanny and offers natural and/or local wines.
The shaded terrace in the heart of the trees will offer you moments of disconnection and unique pleasure. You will find us above the town hall of La Capelle and Masmolène and you can park easily in our free car park.
