Chef Eric Damart offers traditional, instinctive and gourmet cuisine, using organic and local produce. Our olive oil and herbs are grown in our own garden.

We’re delighted to welcome you to this magnificent rock, one of France’s most beautiful villages. After 10 years in Ardèche Méridionale, we’re exploring new horizons in Lussan to bring all our experience in restoration.

At the bar, the chef offers a few gourmet suggestions to accompany your discovery of Lussan with a coffee, a glass of wine or a quality aperitif.
