With its majestic glass roof in the shape of a barge’s prow, “le 9” overlooks the Orb plain and the Biterroise acropolis on one side, and the Fonseranes lock ladder on the other. The restaurant offers a bistronomic menu and local wines.

Con il suo maestoso tetto in vetro a forma di prua di chiatta, “le 9” si affaccia sulla piana dell’Orb e sull’acropoli di Béziers da un lato, e sulle chiuse di Fonseranes dall’altro. Il ristorante offre un menu “bistronomico” e vini locali.
Dispone di 54 posti a sedere all’interno e 130 all’esterno, con una vista eccezionale sulla regione del Biterrois. Servizio di gelateria in loco.
