Brigitte and Laurent BALAT are delighted to welcome you to their restaurant, featuring refined cuisine prepared with fresh produce. After various experiences in France and abroad in different types of establishments, as well as 10 years at Le Provençal restaurant in Pont de Claix in Isère, they opened La Table de Florensac in April 2015.The cuisine is inspired by the moment and market produce, prepared on updated traditional bases but also on creative and original ones.
