La Merelle restaurant welcomes you every evening between 7 pm and 8:30 pm. A buffet is the perfect choice – book in advance to tantalize your taste buds! Jean-Luc will prepare local specialties for you, such as truffade, calf’s head, and his must-try aligot croquettes! As part of the half-board option, you might enjoy, for example, an Aubrac salad as a starter, followed by braised pork cheek with truffade, and to finish, coupétade, a Lozère specialty! A generous, all-you-can-eat breakfast is served at the bar! Weather permitting, you can also enjoy it on the terrace! A great way to start your day!
