The cellar of the winegrowers in Siran has undergone a sort of rebirth with the installation of a wine bar in the premises formerly dedicated to wine and wine-making. Long abandoned to its fate, the cellar has come back to life under the leadership of Sabine and Patrick who wish to make it a place of meeting and conviviality around the wine and a varied cuisine according to the inspiration of the cook and the seasons.
