Chi siamo

L’Intangible serves delicious gourmet cuisine in a 19th-century castle.

We offer an emotional and reflection cuisine, both inventive and gastronomic. To achieve this, we only use quality, local, carefully selected produce. We wish to offer you an evolving menu, redesigned according to the seasons, suppliers and our own ideas. The menu is a surprise for all our guests.

L’Intangible started with a couple: Emma, a pastry chef, and Antoine, a cook. Their varied experience, notably with Alain Ducasse for one and the Élysée Palace for the other. The duet took part in winning the Bib Gourmand 2020 award for the restaurant Nino in Toulouse.
