In Florensac, the setting is charming and the welcome smiling. Mireille and Patrice offer a choice of over 20 pizzas. 30-cm format, thin, crispy dough, Italian tomato coulis and mozzarella for the base. And anything else you like: fresh vegetables, cheese, even smoked salmon, to suit your tastes.
And the salads? Fresh, mesclun with smoked duck breast, gizzard confit, hot rocamadour and Pézenas ham.
Do you like pasta? They’re made for you at Intermezzo: soft, melt-in-your-mouth egg tagliatelle will delight your taste buds.
And if you’re in the mood for veal, don’t miss the bocconchini.
Bask in a good wine, Italian or local, and conclude with a tasty ice cream or homemade dessert.
