Christian and Mathieu Ravinel’s dream came true in 2014 when they were able to settle in the beautiful Salagou region which is rich in biodiversity with its local produce, its farmers and its winegrowers. La Palombe was the most obvious choice for them. Matthew will be able to offer you his refined cooking which keeps up with seasonal and locally produced goods and Christian will share his love of the wonderful wines from the region.
