Located in the heart of the gardens, sheltered by the vaults, this café offers a breathtaking view of the Palace of the Popes.
The café is reserved for visitors with an admission ticket (full price €9, reduced price €7.50) or an annual Garden/Exhibition Pass. This Pass offers unlimited access to the garden, temporary exhibition rooms and Hortus café for one year (during opening periods), and a reduced rate for accompanying persons.
Open from 10am to 5:30pm, April to September (except Mondays).
Chef Alexia Buonvino offers a menu of ultra-fresh sweet and savoury snacks based on local produce.
Visitors to the gourmet terrace can also enjoy fruit juices, iced infusions and ice creams all day long.
