At the helm, Chef Tar, of Laotian origin, revisits classics with a personal approach, blending seasonal produce with contemporary influences. The restaurant is a family affair: Tina, his cousin, also born in Laos, is in charge of reception and dining room management. Together, they cultivate hospitality, in keeping with their native culture, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.
