Nestled at the end of a small Cévennes road, in the hamlet of Salson, Bulle d’O2 welcomes you to a place suspended between sky and valley. On the terrace overlooking the valley, David invites you to a unique culinary experience: a refined menu inspired by the cultivated and wild plants of his garden. He creates spontaneous, daring cuisine, where each dish is born from unexpected flavor combinations. All this in a family atmosphere, to the rhythm of the sunset over the valleys. Set menu. Service at 7 pm. Reservations required.
