Chi siamo

ESENCIA is the collaboration of two passionate individuals: Lauriane and Mario. Both love large, convivial dining tables where you can enjoy carefully selected wines and thoughtfully prepared dishes. South American-inspired cuisine has always been Mario’s passion. His innate and delicious flavour combinations take you on a journey right into the heart of Montpellier. When it comes to the wine cellar, Lauriane unearths gem-like wines that are ethically produced and environmentally friendly, sourced from the region, France, Spain and Latin America. You’ll also find local spirits and beers, as well as non-alcoholic options. Throughout the year, we also organise themed events and tastings to extend the experience!
