Chi siamo

The idea for this place came about when two friends from hospitality school, united by a shared passion – the joy of good food and drink – joined forces.

Here, everything has a story – from the tiny smudge of paint on the counter to the bowling pin above the sideboard. Thanks to all the talented people we know, almost all of our furniture is second-hand and/or made to measure on site.
We work in partnership with second-hand dealers, so if you’d like to take some of our furniture home with you, you can find their contact details directly on the
labels!
We regularly give one of our walls a makeover and invite a local artist to exhibit their work. And if you think that’s cool and can picture one of their pieces in your
own home, well, you can find their contact details here too! And if you’re an artist yourself, don’t hesitate to get in touch! “This place is mega cool!”
When it comes to food, we only stock clean, locally sourced produce from small producers and homemade goods! Do bakes the burger buns, makes the ketchup and the chocolate fondant – in short, Do does it all! As for drinks, we stick to the same values for both our alcoholic and non-alcoholic selections: small breweries, artisan winemakers and distillers – once again, clean and delicious!
