Nato a Saint-Hilaire-d’Ozilhan, Joannes Richard, campione francese e mondiale di hamburger, ha deciso di aprire il suo ristorante di hamburger e street food nel suo villaggio d’infanzia di mille anime.

Formerly a wine bar, “Croquer la Pie” has retained its bistro format, offering a range of beers accompanied by finger food. A perfect combo for the aperitif. Hamburger prices range from 12 to 15 euros.
