Here, all preparations are homemade and the galettes and crêpes are copious, with something for every taste and budget. In the buckwheat galettes: the Honey Goat, the Guémené (andouille de Guémené, camembert, egg) or the Terre-Mer (scallops, smoked bacon, Gruyère and asparagus). We fell for the crepes beurre sucre or Belle Hélène: homemade chocolate, pear, slivered almonds and Chantilly cream, as well as a fine choice of crepes glacés and ice creams.
