The Côté Mas restaurant offers an exceptional panorama from its terrace, open in fine weather. A 180° view from the Cévennes in the north to the Etang de Thau in the south.

The restaurant chef’s cuisine, based on seasonal produce, is inventive and favors local products. Vegetables from the kitchen garden adjoining the restaurant and fruit from the orchards planted on the property are also used. Even the olive oil comes from the estate’s olive groves and mill.

While the wine list focuses on Domaines Paul Mas wines, you’ll also find top-quality French and foreign wines.

Decoration is not left to chance: crockery and tablecloths have been selected from the best houses, furniture is made by local craftsmen from noble materials, and to play with all the senses, the space is punctuated by paintings and pieces of art craft.
