Casa Ditta is a family affair. Kathleen and Cyldric invite you to discover their tasty and generous Italian cuisine!
Casa Ditta , Pizzeria and Trattoria in the spirit of small Italian restaurants. Family-style cooking, with 80% of products imported from Italy and the rest sourced locally.
For the pizzas, dough made in the restaurant with long-fermented Italian flour (minimum 48 hours), products sliced by the minute for your viewing pleasure.
For the Trattoria, fresh homemade pasta with homemade sauces. Gnocchi, lasagne, arancini… with an à la carte menu based on the chef’s inspiration. Homemade, with beautiful products and a simple desire to let you discover a piece of Italy in Valras – Plage.
