The Candide restaurant, certified Tables & Auberges de France, invites you on a culinary journey combining the flavours of south-western France with inspiration from around the world.
Run by chef Jean-François Picard, the Candide restaurant celebrates the richness of the South-West region through its iconic and generous dishes. The à la carte menu features local gastronomic favourites, while the daily menus take you on a journey with recipes inspired by the chef’s culinary discoveries from Europe to Asia, America, the Mediterranean and Africa.
The restaurant is open every morning for breakfast, every evening for dinner, and all day on weekends and school holidays.
In July and August, it is open non-stop from 8 a.m. to 10.30 p.m., with an extended menu including breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as an afternoon tea room and an aperitif-tapas service from 6 p.m.
