Vincent prepares wood-fired pizzas using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. His food truck is set up in a large parking area at the northern exit of Florac (toward Mende/Pont de Montvert). Pizzas are made quickly, and the menu offers a wide range of specialties. You can order pizzas in advance by phone. Takeaway only. The truck is located on a spacious parking lot equipped with a picnic table. It’s right by the main road, 1.5 km from the town center, close to campsites and the Tarn River.
