The food here is almost “home-style”, but Hubert and his partner Laurent have added dishes to their menu that are rarely found in restaurants. Chez Hubert has the simplicity of a village brasserie.

The food here is almost “home-style”, but Huberta has added dishes to its menu that are virtually unheard of in restaurants: frogs’ legs with parsley, veal liver with parsley… The fries are “homemade”, the fresh fruit salads really peeled, cut up, drizzled with orange juice and topped with a touch of whipped cream “in the kitchen”. You don’t go there for a gourmet meal, but for good, tasty food at a very reasonable price. Chez Hubert has the simplicity of a village brasserie… and everyone’s happy about it.
