Welcome to BOBiNE, your gourmet stop-off at Les Halles de la Cartoucherie! Here we celebrate the Aveyron region with generous, local recipes full of character. Taste our famous Aubrac ALIGOT with its sausage from Aveyron, our stuffed pork belly and truffade au gratin.
Fancy an aperitif? Go for our Bobines d’aligot, crispy aligot croquettes. And for a sweet finish, try a French toast fouace or our Aveyron muffin, made from homemade marzipan.
